Our mission of “contribution to a happier world” determines our relationship with the environment. We prioritize reducing emissions and waste in our companies and promoting efficient use of energy and water for environmental sustainability. We aim to keep our carbon emissions at the same level as in 2014 while continuing to grow within the framework of our climate change strategy that we have developed in line with the Sustainable Development Goals and the Paris Climate Change Agreement. In the context of natural resource management, we are working with our suppliers and farmers on our value chain strategy and reducing our raw material waste and water consumption by making our operations more efficient.

We are focusing on our leading company, Ülker Bisküvi, in terms of environmental sustainability and are working on an Environmental Management System, Climate Change and Energy, Natural Resources Management, Packaging and Waste Management and Biodiversity.
